Project: Green Eco Park at Basketville village

    PEC is strongly in favor of a mixed use GREEN development at the Basketville Village, if environmental concerns and favorable commercial space would be made available at affordable cost to retailers and artists.

    Since the BACLT has withdrawn their proposal for a housing development at BASKETville and since Andy Cay has let the purchase and sale agreement expire, this project can proceed. WE NEED ANGEL INVESTORS! What is clear is that there was mixed support for a large housing project and what else is clear is that there is community support for an alternate project that provides green jobs and a higher quality of life and puts Putney at the four-front of Green Energy Technologies. PEC invites you to comment on a visionary alternate proposal submitted by Daniel Hoviss.
